Rhode Island Mural PainterOn a hot summer day, I met Bob Bratigan, a professional outdoor mural painter by the beach at Conimicut Point Park in Rhode Island. He was in the process of creating an ocean scene on the entire wall of the shingled house. He seemed to be creating this wonderful display of fish and ocean and sky without looking at any plans. I came back a few days later and the entire wall was filled with a glorious panorama of Rhode Island and Narragansett Bay.1024,683Not For Sale

Mr. Morris of Morris Farms
Every summer, Linda and I can't wait for the first day when the sweet corn and big plump tomatoes make their debut at the Morris Farm.
Ever since 1915, the family has been delighting Rhode Islanders with their home grown veggies and eggs and pumpkins and pies and flowers and ... well, you get the point!

Home Air Flow Test ExpertWe wanted to upgrade the energy efficiency of our home. The National Grid program in RI had a free service to evaluate the loss of heat and cooling. This expert attached a red curtain to our front door, turned on a giant fan, and tested the airflow with his portable computer. Over the next hour, he checked all doors, windows, and insulation in the house and assured us that they could make our home very efficient. This service and the labor was free!640,960Not For Sale
